EMDR Trauma Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an evidence-based method of psychotherapy that is proven to help people heal from traumatic and painful life experiences. EMDR successfully works for PTSD, anxiety, depression, panic disorders, grief and loss, and more. EMDR therapy does not require extensive discussion of the traumatic issue, and can be a much gentler approach to working through painful memories. EMDR works with natural mechanisms in the brain to get emotional pain unstuck and restore the neurobiological healing process.
